We make sure that we include extra shipping insurance to cover the purchase price (It is automatically included on items up to when shipped through USPS at no cost) on items above the purchase price threshold. Should damages arise, please contact the shipping carrier that was chosen at the time of your purchase. We would be happy to provide any documentation of any additional shipping insurance to assist in your claim with the carrier. We are an aunt and niece who are sharing a large collection of collectible and often vintage items and as such we do not offer returns.
